WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Our tipis are crafted here in the UK and
bear the Made In Britain Marque, they
are manufactured using the latest
construction techniques using the very
best materials on the market making
them the strongest manufactured tipis
available. They are completely dry when
it rains. If the sun is out we can raise
the panoramic sides of the tipis.
The Tipis have solid wooden flooring
throughout providing a strong and
firm ground so you don’t need to
worry about those heels being stuck
in the ground.
We cannot guarantee the great British
weather however the beauty of the
Tipis is that should it be a wet day all
of your guests are inside together
with plenty of space, enjoying the
wedding in a beautiful setting, the
panoramic windows all across the
front of the Tipis make it feel bright
and airy. The weather wont dictate
your wedding day, it is all about you
having the most memorable day
surrounded by your loved ones with
great food, drinks & entertainment.
If you get a nice sunny day all of our
panoramic fronts can be lifted so the
Tipis are all open at the front. We
have ample outdoor seating areas
with parasols. The Tipis are set in a
stunning 8 acre site with lots of space
for activities such as lawn games,
inflatables, axe throwing.
WHAT MONTHS ARE YOU
OPEN?
We open from 1st April – 31st October, we
close for the winter months and take the Tipis
down, our office on site is open all year round.
Bookings can be made on any date between the 14th April – 14th October.
WHAT DEPOSIT IS
REQUIRED TO SECURE A
DATE
£1000.00 to secure your date which is refundable within the first 14 days
£1000.00 in 6 months time
£1000.00 6 months before the wedding
final numbers & balance is due 6 weeks
prior to the wedding.
DO WE GET A BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
Yes Once we receive your deposit and completed your booking form & signed our terms and conditions.
CAN WE BOOK A VENUE TOUR?
Yes we can arrange a private viewing at your convenience, please contact us to book in.
Please note that whilst the Tipis are closed for the winter you can still arrange a visit to see our site and chat to us at our onsite office, view images, videos and a 3d tour though our virtual headset.
If you are unable to visit in person, we’re happy to arrange a virtual tour.
DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR SUPPLEIRS?
You are required to use one of our approved caterers and our host/DJ service, provided by DFC Lancashire. The DFC Experience is included in your Tipi hire fee and covers both your wedding host and evening DJ – delivering high-energy, professional entertainment tailored to your day.
Please don’t worry if you have a specific music style in mind whether it’s pop, country, rock, dance, or anything in between, the team at DFC will work closely with you to ensure your DJ suits your taste. They can also provide additional entertainment options, including saxophonists, singers, bands, and more.
For any other aspects of your day such as florists, stylists, photographers, or additional entertainment you’re welcome to book whoever you’d like. That said, we’ve worked with many fantastic suppliers over the years and would be happy to share our recommendations if you’d like some guidance.
