Our tipis are crafted here in the UK and bear the Made In Britain Marque, they are manufactured using the latest construction techniques using the very best materials on the market making them the strongest manufactured tipis available.  They are full durable and provide warmth in the winter, coolness in the summer, and are completely dry when it rains. If the sun is out we can raise the panoramic sides of the tipis.

The Tipis have solid wooden flooring throughout providing a strong and firm ground so you don’t need to worry about those heels being stuck in the ground.

Yes the Tipis are a licensed venue.

Indoor & outdoor ceremonies areas available

If you choose to have your ceremony at the Tipis, you are required to book a Registrar directly yourself.

The time of the ceremony is up to you, and also subject to the Registrar’s availability.

Yes! all fury friends are welcome onsite

Included in all of our Tipi hire prices exclusive use of the venue & meadow, indoor & outdoor ceremony areas, tables, chairs, cake table & knife, cards & gifts table, luxury toilets, heating/cooling, electricity, wedding planner, on the day management, wedding host & evening DJ by DFC Lancashire from ceremony to last dance, furniture for outdoor seating areas & our rustic decorations package.

All of our prices are including vat.

Access to the venue on the morning of the wedding is from 8am (earlier times can be pre-arranged)

We provide, as standard heaters for the cooler months.

Unfortunately we do not hire out Tipis out for use in other locations, our Tipis are set up as a venue with all the fixtures and fittings on our site Riley Green Meadows.

At the tipis we have a fabulous 9ft circular bar complete with staff, fully stocked with draught beers, bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

We can also offer paid bars & token system for drinks to be paid for by you

Unfortunately we do not allow corkage

Outside catering is not permitted, however both caterers are flexible on catering options they can offer from traditional 3 course wedding breakfasts or more relaxed menus such as BBQ, pizza, street food, sharing platters etc, they can also offer completely bespoke menus to your specific requirements.

We can seat up to 120 guests for the daytime & 220 for the evening reception or an informal event

Yes we can arrange a private viewing at your convenience, please contact us to book in.

Please note that whilst the Tipis are closed for the winter you can still arrange a visit to see us at our office on site during this time.

We have a designated disabled toilet onsite

We have a designated car park with facilities for over 40 cars which can be left overnight securely, we ask for cars to be collected before 11am the following day.

Unfortunately due to our beautiful scenic surroundings and location we cannot allow fireworks which may distress live stock in neighbouring fields and it is not permitted due to our insurance, however we do allow sparklers & biodegradable confetti outside.

Our in house wedding team will guide and help you to plan the perfect day, we also work with many local and reputable suppliers.  We are happy to assist with any organising and planning and will be there on the day to look after you and your guests, which is part of our service.

We are open from May – September, however when the Tipis close for the winter our team is still working from our office onsite during this period.

We take a deposit of £1000.00 to secure your date initially

• A second deposit of £1000.00 is due 6 months after your inital deposit
• A Third deposit of £1000.00 is due 6 months prior to your date
• Final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your date

Yes, we can work with you to create a floor plan that suits you.

We have-

14 x 6ft rustic wooden trestle tables – seating maximum of 8 per table

5 x 6ft rustic wooden round tables – seating a maximum of 12 per table

5 x 6ft banqueting tables *required table cloths – seating a maximum of 12 per table

Our trestle tables can be merged together to make:

Square tables that can seat a maximum of 16

Long tables that can seat 18, 28, 38

Additional tables can be hired from a local supplier at a cost to our couples

Our Tipi hire fee includes a wedding host & evening DJ by DFC Lancashire – the DFC experience – Out there! Wedding Entertainment

Please don’t worry if you have particular taste in music, the team at DFC will look after you and make sure your DJ is suitable for you and the music is exactly what you want, should that be pop, country, rock, dance and so on, they can also offer artists such as saxophone, bands, singers.
